Sandy Ray
Board Member
Sandy Ray is the owner of multiple businesses in Roy. After her "retirement" as a teacher at Roy Municipal Schools, Sandy set out to create several businesses that would infuse Roy with new life and modern convenience. Most of her time is devoted to her unique store, Ma Sally's Mercantile, but she is also the owner/operator of the quaint and homey La Casita Bed & Breakfast. As a resident of Roy for more than 40 years Sandy has a hard time identifying her favorite thing about the community because there are so many wonderful things to love. When pressed she will tell you that "The best part of Roy is the feeling of community. Everyone is helpful and caring." Sandy's vision for Roy is "for the village to be a safe, peaceful, progressive community with creative industries and businesses providing an environment for growth and good schools."

Chamber Leadership
Evangeline Garrison
President
Evangeline Garrison is the co-owner of Recycled Treasures, Roy's newest business. She is a native of Harding County who decided that when she "retired" Roy would be the perfect place to open her small business. Like her husband Justin, Evangeline is very active in the community and serves as leadership for both the Roy Chamber of Commerce and she is also the volunteer treasurer for the Harding County Rural Fire Department. Evangeline and Justin share the same vision for Roy; to see it become a sustainable community where families can grow, live, and prosper in the safety of a small community. Evangeline's favorite thing about Roy is the small town feel and sense of community it affords its residents.
